An axiom of journalism? Follow the money.
Many years ago in Washington, DC, I did a recurring network investigative segment called “Tax Watch”. We unearthed dubious or wacky spending projects paid for with taxpayers’ monies. It was an easy job then—just throw a rock in any direction and we’d find fellows hustling taxpayers’ money.
These days, when politicians like to talk in unrestrained trillions, nobody appears to care as long as they get their cut.
All that said, I appreciate that somebody is following the millions in tax money that Anthony Fauci and his pals ginned up for their high risk viral experiments, where it all got started in Wuhan, China.
